Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 point yeast (dry yeast)
- 250 ml milk, warm
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients together, let the yeast dough rise for about 30 minutes. Then form about 6 dumplings and let them rise for another 20 minutes. Cook the dumplings in hot, salted water for exactly 14 minutes.
