Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 500 ml juice (multivitamin)
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- some sweetener
- some lemon juice
- possibly almond(s), chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Make a pudding from the multivitamin juice and pudding powder according to the package instructions. Let it cool slightly, then stir in the quark, sweetening if desired. Peel the mango, cut the pit into small pieces, and puree with lemon juice. Now layer the mixture in small bowls: first the pudding, then the mango puree, then the pudding, and finish with the mango puree. If you like, sprinkle some chopped almonds on top.
