Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 220 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g yogurt
- 150 g butter, soft
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp lemon peel
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 apples
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel the apples, remove the cores, and chop them into small pieces. Mix all the other ingredients together and finally fold in the apple pieces. Fill into greased muffin cups and bake at 170°C for about 20-25 minutes.
