Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cream
- 300 g natural yogurt, Greek
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
for the ice cream machine
First, mix all the ingredients thoroughly and then pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Freeze until frozen and either fold in cherry syrup to create stripes or serve with fresh fruit. The rest can be frozen for later. Tip: If the ice cream has hardened too much in the freezer the next day, you can easily cut it into pieces and pour over milk. A quick blend with an immersion blender makes a delicious milkshake.
