Zucchini – Ham Sauce
The perfect zucchini – ham sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Zucchini
- 3 Packs Cooked ham
- 1 Onion
- 200 ml Cream
- 400 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt, pepper garlic
- Sauce binder light
- Pasta
- Wash the zucchini and cut into slices, then cut into strips again. Dice the ham. Peel and dice the onion.
- Heat a little fat in the pan, sauté the onions in it. Add the zucchini and ham by mixing and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Let simmer for 10 minutes
- Stir in the cream and creme fraiche. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Simmer for a few more minutes, then tie with a little sauce thickener. Noodles go well with it to taste.
