Zucchini – Ham Sauce

The perfect zucchini – ham sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Zucchini
  • 3 Packs Cooked ham
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 400 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt, pepper garlic
  • Sauce binder light
  • Pasta
  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices, then cut into strips again. Dice the ham. Peel and dice the onion.
  2. Heat a little fat in the pan, sauté the onions in it. Add the zucchini and ham by mixing and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Let simmer for 10 minutes
  3. Stir in the cream and creme fraiche. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Simmer for a few more minutes, then tie with a little sauce thickener. Noodles go well with it to taste.
