Zucchini-pineapple-kiwi-apple jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg zucchini
  • 500 g pineapple
  • 250 g kiwifruit
  • 250 g apple
  • 1 kg gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 34 minutes

Peel, core, and dice the zucchini. Core the apples. Peel the kiwi and pineapple. Remove the core from the pineapple and dice the fruit. Puree the zucchini and fruit together and place in a large pot. Add the gelling sugar and cook the jam according to the instructions. Pour into jars. Super delicious and fresh.
