Zucchini spaghetti with lemon and sea salt

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 3 zucchinis
  • butter
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the zucchini into long, thin strips. Cook the spaghetti al dente. While still dripping hot, toss with cold butter, a little olive oil, and the raw zucchini. Mix the zest of one lemon (without juice) with salt and sprinkle over the top. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
