Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tomatoes, dried in oil
- 4 black olives
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g cream cheese
- 80 g yogurt, 10%, Greek
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 pinches of pepper

Mix the cream cheese with the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy. Peel the garlic and mince it with a press. Finely chop the tomatoes, olives, and fresh basil (frozen basil works too, of course) or blend them finely. This works best with an immersion blender. Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Serve with fresh baguette and enjoy!
