Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 200 g muesli (crunchy muesli), e.g. B. from Vitalis
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pot of yogurt, 150 g
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp candied orange peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, toast the oats in a pan and then mix them with the crunchy muesli. Peel and segment the oranges. Peel and slice the bananas, and drizzle with lemon juice. Season the yogurt with cayenne pepper, candied orange peel, and honey. Now layer the muesli mixture with the yogurt, banana slices, and orange segments in four glasses to serve.
