Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cherry(s), dark, pitted (fresh in summer)
  • 6 cl cherry brandy
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • ½ liter of coffee

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the cherries, place everything in a saucepan, and blend with a hand mixer. Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator and serve in 4 glasses.
