- 150 g coconut oil
- 1 tsp rum or rum flavoring

Cold dog, quick and super easy
Whisk the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Melt the coconut oil and let it cool again. Gradually stir in the cocoa, rum, and the foamy egg-sugar mixture into the cooled melted oil. Layer the butter cookies, alternating with the cocoa mixture, into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap. The bottom layer should be cocoa, and the top layer should be cookies. It’s best to refrigerate the cake overnight. Turn it out of the pan, peel off the plastic wrap, and then cut into thin slices.
