Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large potatoes or 4 small ones
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp chives
- ½ tsp chili powder or to taste
- 4 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the potatoes, halve them if necessary, and pre-cook them. Now mince the garlic and mix it with the oil, chives, chili, salt, and pepper. Add the garlic to the potatoes and grill for 10-20 minutes, depending on the desired browning (also depending on the size and heat). This pairs perfectly with all types of meat or dips.
