Pizza with Ham and Corn

The perfect pizza with ham and corn recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 250 g Sieved tomatos
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Shallots
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 100 g Corn cooked
  • 100 g Boiled ham
  • 0,5 bunch Basil
  1. For the pizza dough: mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the oil and 250 ml of lukewarm water and knead everything into a smooth dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured baking sheet. Mix the tomatoes with oregano and tomato paste, season with salt and pepper. Drain the mozzarella and cut about 1cm thick slices. Peel off the shallots and cut into rings. Cut the ham into strips. Put the corn in a colander Pour in and drain well.
  3. Spread the tomato mixture evenly on the pizza dough. Cover with strips of ham, mozzaella slices, shallots and corn.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 220 ° C, convection: 200 ° C, gas: level 4) on the lower rail for about 20 minutes.
  5. Take the pizza out of the oven and serve garnished with basil.
