Butter and egg spread

  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 tsp Melt butter
  • 5 piece Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 100 g Soft butter
  • 35 g Mustard

Tomato cream cheese spread

  • 60 g Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 piece Garlic clove peeled off
  • 2 Branches Basil
  • 2 piece Spring onion
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Tuna Cream Cheese

  • 1 Can Tuna in its own juice
  • 1 pack Cream cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup

Avocado cream cheese

  • 2 piece Avocados
  • 1 piece Big onion
  • 1 pack Cream cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Herb butter

  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 pack Frozen herbs
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt

Obatzda

  • 250 g Camembert
  • 75 g Soft butter
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 piece Egg yolks from a boiled egg
  • 2 tbsp Alcohol-Free beer
  • 1 piece Radish
  • 1 tsp Ground caraway)

Butter and egg spread

  1. 1 Steam the diced onion in 2 teaspoons butter until translucent, cool. Mix with 5 hard-boiled, chopped eggs, 100 g soft butter and 35 g mustard. Salt and pepper.

Tomato cream cheese spread

  1. 60 g dried tomatoes (in oil), 1 peeled garlic clove, chop the leaves of 2 sprigs of basil. Cut the whites of 2 spring onions into thin rings. Mix everything with 200 g cream cheese, season with salt and pepper. Then put everything in a cool place.

Tuna Cream Cheese

  1. Stir the tuna into the cream cheese. Salt. Season with ketchup or pepper, depending on your taste.

Avocado cream cheese

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, remove the pulp from the skin and place in a mixing bowl. Add the onions and cream cheese and puree everything to a fine cream. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Herb butter

  1. Put the butter with the herbs in the food processor. Crush garlic cloves and add. Add a few squirts of lemon juice and salt well. Mix everything in the machine, then pour into a bowl. You can also put the butter in praline molds and briefly put it in the freezer.

Obatzda

  1. Mash the camembert and butter well with a fork. Knead the spices, onion, beer and egg yolk into the cheese mixture. Serve with onion rings or radish slices for decoration.
