Hidden Peppers Low Carb

The perfect hidden peppers low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 260 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 piece Green pointed pepper
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 1 piece Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Chives
  • 1 piece Mushroom
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the mozzarella and champion into small pieces and mix with the chilli powder.
  3. Stuff some of it into the bell pepper (until it is full).
  4. Set the rest aside.
  5. Knead the mince and chives with the egg yolk.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Now wrap the peppers with the mince until it can no longer be seen and place in a baking dish. .
  8. Lightly press in the rest of the mozzarella mixture on top.
  9. Bake for 35 minutes. Finished.
