Small Vanilla Coconut Dessert Low Carb

The perfect small vanilla coconut dessert low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 g Finesse natural bourbon vanilla flavor liquid
  • 125 g Milk
  • 125 g Cream
  • 40 g Butter
  • 2 g Eggs
  • 20 g Coconut flour
  • 4 piece Dark chocolate decoration
  • Sweetener
  1. Put vanilla flavor milk, cream and sweetener in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer
  2. remove from the stove
  3. Let the butter melt in a saucepan and mix it with coconut flour like roux
  4. Pour in the milk mixture and simmer until it becomes thicker
  5. Then take it off the stove and let it cool down a bit.
  6. Separate eggs.
  7. Stir the egg yolks into the cream.
  8. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  9. Fill the cream into 4 small dessert cups and put the dark chocolate decoration on top.
  10. Can be enjoyed warm and cold
