Jacket Potatoes on Quark Foam with Halloumi

The perfect jacket potatoes on quark foam with halloumi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Halloumi cheese
  • 150 g Rapeseed oil to fry
  • 10 piece Potatoes
  • 1 cups Organic quark
  • 5 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 5 tbsp Organic milk
  • 5 tbsp Vegetable salt *
  1. Put the potatoes in cold water, bring to the boil and cook.
  1. In the meantime, put the quark with the linseed oil, the milk and a little salt (I use my homemade vegetable salt) in the mixer and puree for a few seconds, so air comes into the mass and becomes very creamy or already frothy, this one then comes over the peeled, chopped potatoes.
  1. Cut the halloumi into slices and fry in a little oil, trap on both sides and on the plates.
