Jacket Potatoes on Quark Foam with Halloumi
The perfect jacket potatoes on quark foam with halloumi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Halloumi cheese
- 150 g Rapeseed oil to fry
- 10 piece Potatoes
- 1 cups Organic quark
- 5 tbsp Linseed oil
- 5 tbsp Organic milk
- 5 tbsp Vegetable salt *
- Put the potatoes in cold water, bring to the boil and cook.
- In the meantime, put the quark with the linseed oil, the milk and a little salt (I use my homemade vegetable salt) in the mixer and puree for a few seconds, so air comes into the mass and becomes very creamy or already frothy, this one then comes over the peeled, chopped potatoes.
- Cut the halloumi into slices and fry in a little oil, trap on both sides and on the plates.
