Garlic baguette

Herb butter

  • 125 g Butter at room temperature
  • 1 Pc. Sage leaves
  • 0,5 Zwieg Freshly chopped thyme
  • 0,5 branch Fresh oregano
  • 1 bunch Freshly chopped chives
  • 1 Pc. Baguette
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 3 turns Chilli from the mill

Garlic with herbs:

  1. Put the butter in a bowl.
  2. Peel the garlic, cut very finely.
  3. Stir into the butter with a fork, season, distribute small portions on the bagett slices.

Herb butter :
