Garlic baguette
- 125 g Butter at room temperature
Quantity according to taste:
- 1 toe Garlic
- Coarse salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Herb butter
- 125 g Butter at room temperature
- 1 Pc. Sage leaves
- 0,5 Zwieg Freshly chopped thyme
- 0,5 branch Fresh oregano
- 1 bunch Freshly chopped chives
- 1 Pc. Baguette
- Coarse salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 3 turns Chilli from the mill
Garlic with herbs:
- Put the butter in a bowl.
- Peel the garlic, cut very finely.
- Stir into the butter with a fork, season, distribute small portions on the bagett slices.
Herb butter :
- Wash the herbs, cut them very finely. Stir in the butter to taste, spread on slices of baguette.
- Place the slices on a wire rack and bake them in the oven at 170 ° C for about 10 minutes.
A little hint :
- I also like to fill small portions into a silicone mold ♥ which I then use for brunch.
