Apple and Rum Crumble

The perfect apple and rum crumble recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Streusel:

  • 125 g Flour
  • 100 g Oatmeal
  • 115 g Butter
  • 90 g Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar brown
  • 3 cl Rum

Fruit:

  • 450 g Apples
  1. Peel apples and cut into pieces. First mix the ingredients for the crumble or crumble together until they are nice and crumbly, set aside and sauté the fruit briefly in a pan.
  2. Fill a flat ovenproof dish with the desired and prepared fruit, then sprinkle the crumble over it and shake it a little. Now bake for about 30 minutes at about 200 degrees. If the crumble gets too dark around the edges, reduce the heat a little.
