Apple and Rum Crumble
The perfect apple and rum crumble recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Streusel:
- 125 g Flour
- 100 g Oatmeal
- 115 g Butter
- 90 g Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 tbsp Sugar brown
- 3 cl Rum
Fruit:
- 450 g Apples
- Peel apples and cut into pieces. First mix the ingredients for the crumble or crumble together until they are nice and crumbly, set aside and sauté the fruit briefly in a pan.
- Fill a flat ovenproof dish with the desired and prepared fruit, then sprinkle the crumble over it and shake it a little. Now bake for about 30 minutes at about 200 degrees. If the crumble gets too dark around the edges, reduce the heat a little.
