Strawberry Quark Layered Dessert

The perfect strawberry quark layered dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Quark
  • 3 tbsp Sugar – or +/- depending on your taste
  • 3 tbsp Vanilla stick from the mill
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Grated lime zest
  • ************
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chopped mint
  1. Mix the quark with sugar, vanilla and lime zest until creamy – fill into a piping bag – put aside
  2. Wash the strawberries, pat dry and clean – puree 5 pieces – cut the rest into small cubes and mix with the puree – season with sugar and chopped mint to taste
  3. Now alternately layer quark and strawberries in glasses, refrigerate until consumption and then enjoy …..
