Colorful Pasta Pan
The perfect colorful pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Pasta
- 1 tbsp Plant cream
- 200 g Jagdwurst
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 120 g Red, yellow, orange peppers
- 70 g Corn grains
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped parsley
- Fresh thyme
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Cook the pasta al dente. Dice paprika. Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the hunting sausage into half slices and then into strips.
- Put the vegetable cream in a large pan and fry the onion and garlic. Add the sausage and continue frying. Put the vegetables in the pan and fry until they get hot.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper from the mill. Stir in the cheese, sprinkle with the parsley and the plucked thyme and serve on deep plates. For dessert I cut the cherry tartlet (see my KB) in the middle and served it with vanilla sauce (see photo)
