Colorful Pasta Bake with Ham

For the casting
- 250 ml Meat or vegetable broth
- 3 Carrots
- 150 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Broccoli
- 200 g Boiled ham
- 125 ml Milk
- 3 Eggs
- Salt, pepper, grated nutmeg
- 100 g Grated mozzarella
- Cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the packet. When done, drain them in a colander, rinse with hot water and drain well
- While the noodle is cooking, bring the broth to a boil and cook the vegetables in it for about 2 minutes, of course, wash, peel and slice the carrots beforehand 🙂
- Dice the ham. Whisk the milk with the eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the ham and vegetables with the broth. Alternate the mixture and the pasta in a large baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake the whole thing in the preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for about 45 minutes
