Colorful Pasta Pan

The perfect colorful pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Plant cream
  • 200 g Jagdwurst
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 120 g Red, yellow, orange peppers
  • 70 g Corn grains
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • Fresh thyme
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  1. Cook the pasta al dente. Dice paprika. Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the hunting sausage into half slices and then into strips.
  2. Put the vegetable cream in a large pan and fry the onion and garlic. Add the sausage and continue frying. Put the vegetables in the pan and fry until they get hot.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper from the mill. Stir in the cheese, sprinkle with the parsley and the plucked thyme and serve on deep plates. For dessert I cut the cherry tartlet (see my KB) in the middle and served it with vanilla sauce (see photo)
