- 0,5 smaller Chinese cabbage fresh
- 0,5 Papaya
- 1 tbsp Chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Walnut oil
- Honey to taste
- Colorful pepper from the mill

Instructions
- toast the walnuts in a pan without adding any fat
- Cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces, wash and spin dry
- Halve the papaya, remove the seeds with a teaspoon, peel and cut into thin slices
- Mix balsamic vinegar, walnut oil, honey, salt and pepper into a dressing and mix with the Chinese cabbage
