Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 smaller Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 0,5 Papaya
  • 1 tbsp Chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Walnut oil
  • Honey to taste
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • toast the walnuts in a pan without adding any fat
  • Cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces, wash and spin dry
  • Halve the papaya, remove the seeds with a teaspoon, peel and cut into thin slices
  • Mix balsamic vinegar, walnut oil, honey, salt and pepper into a dressing and mix with the Chinese cabbage
  • Place the papaya wedges decoratively on the plate ,,,,, spread the salad over them and sprinkle the walnuts over them
