Mushroom and Tomato Salad

The perfect mushroom and tomato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g Small white mushrooms
  • 1 Pc. Spring onion
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic cream
  1. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and mushrooms and place in a bowl
  2. Chop the spring onion into small pieces
  3. Mix the spring onions, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms with the olive oil and balsamic cream and season with salt and pepper
  4. Press in both cloves of garlic and mix well
  5. Draw to taste and let taste 🙂
  6. The balsamic cream can also be replaced with balsamic vinegar.
