Apple Quark Crumble Cake without Egg

Ingredients
 

for the crumble:

  • 250 g Spelt flour
  • 250 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 125 g Brown sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Butter

for the filling:

  • 1 Pc. Organic lemon
  • 125 g Liquid honey
  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 5 Pc. Large apples, more if required

Instructions
 

  • Process the flour, cinnamon, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter into sprinkles. Put 2/3 of it in a springform pan lined with baking paper and press down lightly.
  • Mix the quark, pudding powder, honey and the grated zest of the lemon and spread on the crumble base.
  • Peel the apples and cut into thin wedges. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and spread on the quark. Cover with the remaining crumbles and bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes on the middle shelf.
