Bread & Rolls: Spelled – Coconut Flour – Bread

The perfect bread & rolls: spelled – coconut flour – bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 dice Yeast
  • 50 ml Lukewarm water
  • ***********************
  • 200 g Spelled flour
  • 15 g Iodine-Free salt
  • 5 g Bread spice
  • 50 g Coconut flour
  • 50 g Sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • **********************
  • 100 ml Water
  1. Put the yeast in a bowl and mix with the lukewarm water.
  2. Put the following ingredients in another bowl …. I gradually weighed the ingredients …. first mixed the dry ingredients together and only then add the water and yeast mixture to knead the dough . Now stir the dough well and vigorously, it will be a bit rubbery, that’s because of the coconut flour 🙂 it gets lost during baking.
  3. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and let rest for about 1 hour.
  4. Knead the dough briefly and vigorously, form a body and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes, brushing with a little water every now and then. At the bottom of the stove was a ceramic bowl filled with water.
  5. We already tasted the bread in the evening – mmmmhhhhh – and the coconut flour makes it smell delicious.
  6. Tip 6: Instead of 15 grams of salt, please only take 10 grams 🙂 if you let the bread steep longer, the specified amount would be ok, but this bread will not be stored for long 🙂 Try it!
