Peanut Cookies / Peanut Biscuits

The perfect peanut cookies / peanut biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Butter
  • 130 g Sugar brown
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 180 g Flour
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Peanuts
  • 100 g Whole milk couverture
  1. Beat the butter (room temperature) together with the sugar until frothy. Add the peanut butter and an egg and keep beating. Mix the flour with the baking powder and slowly work it into the mass. Add the vanilla sugar. Roughly chop the peanuts and fold them into the dough except for a small remainder. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place piles of dough on top with two spoons. Flatten the dough lightly and sprinkle each cookie with a little chopped peanuts. Bake at 160 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Melt the couverture in a water bath and drip onto the cookies with a spoon. The recipe makes about 14 XL cookies. — Good Appetite —
