Baked Feta Cheese with Mixed Salad

The perfect baked feta cheese with mixed salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Feta cheese, 250 grams
  • 1 bunch Tomatoes
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 2 Romaine lettuce hearts
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 piece Red onions
  • 1 Lemon
  • Oil
  1. Place the whole feta cheese in a baking dish. Cut 2 tomatoes and 2 onions into slices and place on the feta. Now pour some oil over the cheese, season with pepper and oregano and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until it starts to brown. During the baking time, cut the romaine lettuce hearts, peppers, carrots and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Pour the juice of one lemon, a little oil, salt & pepper over the salad and mix. Any bread can be served with the dish 🙂
