Hexenlady’s Bean Salad with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Beans green fresh
  • 1 bunch Summer Savory
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Tarragon stalks
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 200 g Diced feta

Instructions
 

  • Clean the beans, cut them into pieces and cook them together with the savory in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  • Make salad dressing with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and onion. Cut the tarragon leaves into fine strips and fold in
  • Drain the beans and add them to the salad sauce while they are still hot, stir well and let them cool
  • Sprinkle diced feta cheese on top and carefully mix in
