The perfect 1 glass of kiwi jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 size Kiwi
  • 45 g Preserving sugar 1: 1
  1. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into small pieces. Let the fruit pieces with the preserving sugar steep overnight. The next day, bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Mix briefly with the hand blender. After boiling, pour into a glass (approx. 250 ml) and put in a cool place.
