  • Sauce (spicy Chinese sauce)
  • 1 can mushrooms (mixed mushrooms) or frozen
  • Peanut butter
  • Broth, granulated
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the finely chopped bell peppers in sesame oil in a large pan or wok, then remove. Sauté the finely chopped meat in sesame oil with a little salt and deglaze with the Chinese sauce; the more sauce, the spicier the dish. Add a little granulated broth if desired. Drain the mixed mushrooms, rinse them thoroughly, and add them to the pan. Thicken the sauce to taste with peanut butter. Finally, add the fried bell pepper pieces, heat everything up again, and season to taste. Serve with noodles (e.g., spirals).
