Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork (belly, pork belly)
  • 100 g peanuts, roasted but unsalted
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 cm ginger, freshly grated
  • Salt and pepper (Paris pepper)
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Belly meat

Cut the pork belly into very fine strips and fry briefly in hot fat. Add coarsely crushed peanuts, fry briefly, and mix in the peanut butter. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the cream. Serve with rice.
