Red Wine Cake

The perfect red wine cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 P Baking powder
  • 125 ml Red wine
  • 2 tsp Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 100 g Chocolate chips

For the glaze:

  • 1 cups Chocolateglaze

For the dough:

  1. Put the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl and stir.
  2. Add the eggs and stir in.
  3. Flour and baking powder, mix, sieve, add and stir.
  4. Add the red wine and stir.
  5. Add cocoa and cinnamon and stir in.
  6. Add the chocolate chips and fold in.
  7. Pour the batter into a bundt pan.
  8. Bake at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for about 55 minutes.

For the glaze:

  1. Melt the chocolate icing and brush it onto the cake with a brush.
