Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes, fine
- 1 handful of hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 120 ml plant milk (plant drink)
- 120 ml pear juice
- 1 pear(s)
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- Hazelnuts

vegan delicious breakfast with chia seeds and oat flakes
Roughly chop the hazelnuts and roast them in a pan without oil until they begin to smell fragrant. Set aside half of the hazelnuts for the topping. Combine all the muesli ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into two screw-top jars and refrigerate overnight. Serve the next morning with pear slices, pomegranate seeds, and the remaining hazelnuts.
