  • 6 tbsp coffee (very strong!)
  • 200 g cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g honey cake
  • 2 large pears, juicy
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff, combine the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar, and fold in the cream. Cut the honey cake into thin slices, peel the pears, quarter them, and also slice them. Spread half of the cream in a (preferably square) baking dish, place a layer (100g) of honey cake on top, and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of coffee. Arrange the pear slices on top. Spread the remaining cream on top, cover with the remaining honey cake, and drizzle with the remaining coffee. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture before serving. Cut out some paper stars, place them on the tiramisu, and sieve them to coat them thickly with cocoa. Carefully remove the stars with tweezers.
