Apple – celery – curry with curry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 stalk(s) Celery
  • 4 apples
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 4 tbsp water, lukewarm
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious as a spread or for dipping, also for WW-ers

Wash and trim the celery and cut into small cubes. Core and coarsely grate the apples, then mix with the lemon juice. Stir the curry powder into the warm water until smooth and add to the quark. Add the diced celery and grated apple and mix everything together. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Fresh herbs, such as parsley, can be added to taste. Serve with whole-grain bread or boiled potatoes.
