Paprika – pasta – minced meat – casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 300 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 200 ml water, hot
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 cubes of stock
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the onion and dice. Tear the minced meat apart. Place both ingredients together with the minced meat in a suitable 3 l microwave dish (e.g. the 3 l Ultra). Cook in the microwave for approx. 5 minutes at 600 W. In the meantime, clean the bell peppers and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces. Place them in the microwave dish along with the uncooked pasta (e.g. spiral pasta), 200 ml of hot water, the tomatoes, salt and stock cubes. Mix everything together and cook for a further 10 minutes at 600 W. After these 10 minutes, mix everything well and cook for another 10 minutes at 600 W. Finally, stir in 1 cup of sour cream, season to taste and serve hot.
