Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 carambola (star fruit)
- 2 tbsp tiger nut flour
- 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the star fruit into pieces and place them in a baking dish. Combine tiger nut flour, pistachios, sugar, and oil to form a crumbly mixture and sprinkle it on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes.
