Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 kg pork strips
- 6 large onions
- e.g. olive oil
- 150 g tomato paste
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot, e.g. B. Bauzener
- 2 tsp peppercorns, green
- 1 tsp marjoram, dried
- 1 pinch of chili powder, alternatively 1/2 chili pepper
- 200 g cream
- 700 ml beef broth
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- 300 g chanterelles or mushrooms (jar)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Peel the onions, slice them into rings, and sear them with the meat in a little olive oil. Deglaze with the broth and then add all the other ingredients. Simmer over low heat for about 25-30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with potatoes, pasta, or rice.
