Spicy tuna cream sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 2 peppers, green
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • Herbs (salad herbs)
  • lemon juice
  • coriander
  • pepper
  • Garlic
  • olive oil
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the onions and chili peppers (or more, depending on how spicy you like it) and sauté in hot olive oil, seasoned with coriander (don’t skimp on it), pepper, and garlic. Then add the tuna, including its juices, the cream, and the feta cheese (cut into small pieces), and bring to a boil until the cheese has melted. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and the salad greens. If it gets too thick, add a little milk. It tastes great over pasta, but can also be used as a dip, for example.
