Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the milk with the scraped vanilla seeds and the rum (do not boil), whisking occasionally. Sweeten with honey and serve immediately. Tip: Add a little cinnamon for a finishing touch.
