Hot lavender milk with white chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tsp lavender flowers, dried
  • 6 pieces of white chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Combine the lavender blossoms and milk in a saucepan and bring the milk and lavender to a boil. Once the milk has boiled, remove the pan from the heat and add the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Strain the hot milk through a sieve, and the drink is ready.
