Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g berries, frozen
- 120 g low-fat curd cheese or yogurt
- 1 banana(s)
- ½ apple
- some seeds, e.g. sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- some desiccated coconut
- some muesli or oatmeal
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
simple and super delicious!
Thaw the berries and place the low-fat quark in a bowl. Chop the banana and apple and add them to the bowl. Blend or puree the thawed berries. Then add them to the bowl. Add the seeds, muesli, and desiccated coconut. Finally, stir everything together and serve.
