Bailey's hot chocolate

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 25 g chocolate, dark
  • 50 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil. Pour the chocolate into a jug and pour half of the boiled milk over it. Allow the chocolate to soften, then whisk until smooth. Add the Bailey’s and the remaining milk and whisk again. Pour into two heatproof glasses and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
