Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 3 tbsp herbal vinegar (7-herb vinegar)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- lots of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
fast, without oil
Slice the cucumber thinly and season with salt to give it a pleasant salty taste. Add 3 tablespoons of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of sugar per cucumber. Season the salad with pepper and add plenty of parsley. Stir everything together.
