Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 portions of boiled potatoes
- 100 g ham
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Recycling leftovers
Slice the potatoes, dice the ham, and onion, and fry everything together in hot oil. Just before the end of the cooking time, pour the eggs, beaten with a little salt, over the potatoes and let them set, carefully lifting them up.
