Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), very ripe
- 1 clove(s) garlic or garlic substitute
- Crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Then mash the flesh with a fork and season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche until the spread reaches a good consistency.
